Disappearing Toolbars

For some reason my toolbars have disappeared from my excel 2003. Not just
from the spreadsheets that I open but also from the dropdown menus that I
would normally select toolbars from - view - toolbars. The only ones that
appear there now are Task Pane and Customise. Please can anyone tell me how
to get them ...

Excel 2007 default column width different to 2003

2007 column width defaults to 8.43 whereas 2003 was 8.38. I need to default
as 2003 because of shared 2003 spreadsheets become distorted in 2007 ...

Opening files by double clicking takes for ever - Word, Excel

I've just upgraded our Terminal Server to Office 2007.
If I open a Word/Excel file by double clicking the document, the App opens
and sits there for a while. Then eventually the document opens, like in 40+
seconds.

Is there any way I can set a password for one excel sheet--not the workbook
but a specific worksheet--so that only people with the password can view it?

Referencing a password protected excel file

I am referencing to other excel files saved in the same folder. However, all
the excel files are password protected. Since the cells are all linked, the
master excel file which pulls all the data together, prompts me to enter in
every single password to all the different excel files I'm referencing to.

mail merge please help

I want to do a mail merge.
For this, each line of the address is supposed to be on one line of Excel
(e.g address 1, address 2).
However, the entire address for each (person to be mailed) has been put in
one cell, on one row.
Is there a way to do a mailmerge or do I need to put each line of the
