How to Start Excel in Text Import Wizard for data import

Can Excell be set up to start in the Text Import Wizard when opening certain
file extension types? Basicly jump through the initial Start Up and

Hidden Formula Bar

When I open EXCEL, the formula bar is missing. I can reenable it be going to
Tools->Options->Formula Bar
but next time I log onto the computer the bar is gone again.

Page Breaks for entire spreadsheet

I have a very large spreadsheet (over 17,000 records) and I'm printing about
15 pages per day.
When I first made the spreadsheet, the header, footer, and margin settings
limited me to 9 rows per page. I changed the footer and margin settings and
now I can fit 10 rows per page. How do I make this change for ...

Chamfer Cells

I have a work sheet and the gridlines are tuned off.
The work sheet has a white backround and has groups of cells green in colour
within the white backround. Is it possible to chamfer the corners of the
green cells for aesthetic purposes?
