Excel in office 2007 fails to start.. HELP pls

Hi,
I have Office 2007... All modules were working fine on clicking icons of
word,access,excel etc.
All of a sudden to day I can not start.. excel.. other programs .. starts.
on starting excel. clicking Icon... I get message as follow.
" This file does not have a program associated with ith it for perf ...

Hi,
Can we change the default sheet names in the workbook. The default sheet
names will be as Sheet1, Sheet2 & Sheet3.
Can I change this into cover1,cover2 & cover3.

In every first of excel the cover sheet message should be inputted.
whenever I open the excel file automatically the first sheet should contain
the cover sheet information always.
