How do I get my Pointer to go to cell A1 when I press Home?

I have a new version of Excel, and when I hit Home, the pointer only goes to
Column A, and I want it to go to A1. How do I adjust the settings to make it

Can we arrange the sheet tabs in the form of two or more rows ?

I have excessive number of sheets resulting in a situation that the tabs do
not fit in a single row. Hence, I need to scroll them by clicking the arrow
on the left hand side. Can we arrange these tabs in the form of two or more
rows that can be seen at the same time without any scrolling ?

Is this a good idea? It disables DDE functionality.
Yes, it allows you to open multiple instances of Excel, but I can't even select a worksheet from my Start menu's DOCUMENTS list and have it launch Excel and load the selected worksheet.
Won't this also foul up merge capabilities with Word? ...

My Excel (2007) does not show any menu tabs (File, Edit, View, etc.) All I
can do is use keyboad commands and whatever is available from a right click
menu.

Excel does not automatically start

Whenever I receive an Excel document email attachment, Excel will not
automatically open the attachment. It takes me to a message stating
"preparing to install". I must always have Excel open first on my computer in
order to retreive email attachments. Any way to correct this problem?
