Cell borders print too high

Sometimes when certain people print to our HP LaserJet printers, the cell
borders print too high and a bit to the left. It isn't fixed by reinstalling
the printer on either the workstations or the server or by using different
PCL drivers.

I have a spreadsheet thats print area is set to occupy a letter size
page when printed. On this sheet, or in fact any sheet that I place a
circular graphic on, when either printed or viewed in print preview
the image is squashed slightly vertically.

Problem printing hidden rows

Hi, I have some Yes/No buttons which toggle rows to hide/unhide rows.
The rows that are being toggled contain fields (check boxes, etc) that
are grouped. Everything works fine until I try to Print or Print

Windows XP. Office 2003 Sp3 randomly will not print from excel
Email/word etc print OK. When you print you get the "now printing" dialouge
box, but nothing comes off. No jobs stuck or on error in the print queue.

PAGE BREAKS

I can't seem to get page breaks to work in excel 2007. i've inserted them
using the page break, but when i print or use print preview, the pages do NOT
break. I've tried changing the page scaling to be sure it's set to print on
more than one page, but no luck. Any idea? All help appreciated.

Hi
A client has a book containing several sheets all of which she wants to
print. She has set up different print areas on each sheet, all with varying
sizes. Is there anyway when printing the book to get it to print these
areas. It seems to print the same area each time.

Printing inventory

I have an inventory sheet that I use for reordering parts,I only want
the items on the sheet with a number to print. I can make it print just
the items needed but they are spread out over multiple pages ( some with
a single item) when printed. It probably is simple but beyond me.
