Date shown as just month and year

In column D I have a date in the standard format of 22/02/2008, in
column K i would like that date to be displayed as the month and
year. So in this case "Feb 2008"
I believe i can just add a simple formula that will lookup the date in
column D and display it as requested.
Could anybody assist please.

how can i set excel 2007 to do a "calculate on open"?

When I open Excel itself - it opens fine.
When I open an excel file - it will not open until I right click and select
'calculate'.
Can anyone tell me why? Or How do I set a default "calculate on open"?

EXCEL 2007 no longer add properly

In cell k17 I have the number 1
in cell l17 I have the number 2
in cell m17 I have the formula =+k17+l17(and the answer is 3 as it should be)
Here is the trouble. If I copy cell M17 down to M18 thru m20 I still get the
answer as 3 but there are no number in the k18 and l18 or k19 and l19 or k20
