Is it possible for an Excel spreadsheet to close itself? We have a problem
in the Company where one user on the intranet has opened an Excel file, made
changes, and then leaves it open by accident. Therefore, no one else can
make changes to the spreadsheet because it is a read only file. I'm looking

Excel doesn't print, Windows Server 2003, .NET, C#

Hi,
I'm trying to print in a WEB project from excel. The weired thing
is that in XP, IIS5 it works without any issues but in Windows Server
2003, IIS6 it jus hangs in the wb.PrintOut(..) methods (see below). I
think it has to do with permission but I don't know which...

Any help appreciates.
I've running following code in my windowsapplication (see further down). My
problem is that I think the code takes to much use of my CPU. How do I most
effectively control or reduse the CPU use when creating an Excel workbook?
An example: A table has more than 300 columns ...

Does anybody know how can I replace part of the reference with the value
from the cell? For instance, in the reference to another workbook

that references to the cell D6 in Sheet1 in workbook OP 26 ST 42.xls i want

I've written a vb. net project which uses Excel Object Library to open, edit
and add images to an excel file. My problem is I need to install the project
to a computer(PROD) which has Excel 2000 on it. (whereas I developed the
project on a machine (TEST) having office 2003) It does not work on the
