I have noticed numerous axis labelling errors in the student version of Excel
2007; forced reformatting of number values being among them. Label rounding
and placement errors also appear commonplace.
Does Microsoft have any Excel 2007 fixes on the way?

each point in a text box. I have included a drop down box to list all

Dynamic chart title

Hi,
I see several post on how to make dynamic chart titles. When I try to input
= cell-reference, Excel either treats this like text or exits the text box
and selects the cell instead. It does not work like normal cell input. I'm
using Excel 2007. Any clues? ...

Dynamic chart pasted to a new workbook in report can't be dynamic

Is there a way to copy a dynamic excel chart into another workbook preventing
the pasted one from changing when I update something in a corresponding table
of the original chart?
I would like to paste it as an object or image, whatever but it can't change
at all in that new workbook.

Creating "cliffs" in an area chart

I am trying to put together a chart that creates "cliffs" when I change from
one value to another. For example I have the following data:
6/1/2008 350
6/23/2008 350
7/18/2008 350
8/1/2008 400
9/1/2008 400
What I want the chart to show is a flat line at 350 from 6/1/2008 to

excel2007 pivot table chart x-axis

I make pivot table charts with multiple items on the x-axis. excel2007 seems
to randomly blank out some of the x-axis numbers. excel2003 did not do this.

Pivot tables lose of data fields when selecting

Having an issue with setting up pivot tables not to lose certain
fields if users de-selects some. For example I have muliple column of

Column Chart with multiple vertical axis

I tried building a chart that displays 1 series in dollar sales and 1 series
in unit sales. I tried putting one on a secondary axis, but it always
overlaps the columns and changing the series overlap setting doesn't seem to
