can't move chart to new worksheet

I am creating a an embedded chart and then move it to another worksheet that
would contain all my charts.
After I create the chart I want to move it to another sheet. here is my code:

autoshape on my chart got locked - Excel 2007

Accidently, I pressed a combination of alt/shift/ctrl and autoshape drawn on
the sheet (flowchart) got locked, moving mouse on any elemnet of the drawing
shows a circle with a diagnol, symbolizing not available mark ...

Charting dynamic range

Ok let me say i fully understand how to name a range and in the source data
use the formula =sheetname!rangename
Problem arrises when my macro that runs an advanced filter with the source
data and add data to the bottom of the range the chart reverts back to it's
initial data source =sheet1!$a$4:$b$15
so ...
