Make F1 key do Alt-Tab instead of Help, How?

I would like to make my F1 key do the Alt Tab function instead of the
displaying the Help files. How? Sharpkeys and that free Windows keyboard
layout does not do it.

Moving macros from machine to machine

I've got a new computer and need to move a macro from Word 2000 to Word
2003. I followed the "Copy Macros to another document or template" from
the Word 2003 help, but when I go into Tools|Templates and Add-ins|Macro
Project Items on my old machine, there are no macros listed.

A while back I was given a simple macro that opened the Save
As dialog to a particular folder, but now can't locate the
macro.
Might you assist?

Rremoving Macros from the toolbar

Please can someone advise about the above. Microsoft support has already said
to delete the normal.dot, which I eventually found - although not in the
expected place! However it hasn't deleted the macros on the toolbar.
It seem that its not possible to edit macros once they have been set up on
the toolbar, ...
