How make a toolbar visible only i Word and not in Outlook ?

Using a global Word-template as an Add-in, containing a custom toolbar. Word
XP.
When starting Outlook, that toolbar is visible - which is not desirable.
Is there a nice way using VBA to check if Word is opened directly or from
Outlook - and if Outlook do one of these:
- Do not activate AddIn, or

Macro Enable

I have .dot files signed by comodo, working fine on Word 2003/XP. However,
on a Vista/Office 2007 system when I double-click on a .dot file containing
macros with a valid signature, Word 2007 opens, gives me a dialog: "The
macros have been disabled..." I can see, but not access, the message bar in
the back ...

Commandbar for Word Add-in

I am working on a Word Add-in in Visual Studio 2005 (C#, .Net2.0). I know
this is a VB newsgroup, but it is the best i could find.
For this add-in i need a toolbar, which i create using
'Microsoft.Office.Core.CommandBar'. and '.CommandBarButton'. It does show up
nice and events are hooked up without a pro ...

created add-in not working

When creating a new add-in with VS 2005 (c#) for Word 2003 I can set break
points on the connection event, but they never get reached. I've set the
external program to Word, but still not reaching my breakpoints when
debugging. In other words Word is not responding to add-in. Any ideas?

ComAddin sample ribbon problem with Word 2007

I am studying how to develop COM addins using unmanaged C++, and the
ComAddin sample provided in KB230689 is a good start. (It just puts a
button in a toolbar.)
