Office 2007 Redaction Toolbar

Office 2007, in particular, Microsoft Word, the beta had a redaction toolbar
add-in. It is not in the released version and there is no information about
it on the Microsoft Website (stuff for 2003, but not 2007). Can anyone tell
me what happened to it? I can likely go back a get a copy off my Beta CD,

Installation Of Add-In

I wish to install a Word Toolbar, and it seems that an add-in is the way to
do it. Currently I am having my users simply locate the Startup directory,
and drop in a .dot file that has the toolbar, and the toolbar always
appears. But I would like to automate this. What are the best ways to do
this?
