empty paragraphs above below tables

In Word 2007, are empty paragraphs above/below a table a good thing to
include? If so, why? I have this nagging feeling that always striking empty
paragraphs above/below table might get you into trouble..but I cannot cite a
specific example at the moment. Is it maybe only at the very end of a

Formatting a Text Form Field

Hi
I have a table (3 rows). rows 1 and 2 contain a Text form field, both of
which are Type = Number.
I then have, in row 3, a calculated field. (Formula = A1/A2).
I need to show the result a a percentage to 4 decimal places.
I am completely stuck. :o(

Pasting from Excel to Word table

I created an empty table and formatted it the I'd like it in Word. I now want
to paste data from Excel into my table but when I do it resizes my columns
and rows. Is there a way to lock the size of tables and rows in Word so
pasting from Excel doesn't change them, only the Excel data is inserted? ...

I need a !ZERO Divide error to show as 0.00 if the divisor is 0.00.
I worked out the formula in EXCEL, but I can't work it out in WORD. Please
help.

when creating template in word 2007 how can I setup default formatting for
tables so that every table created uses table style "medium grid 1 - accent
1" for example? is it possible to set table formatting in the template for
every new table or not?
