Bold fonts in tables

I created a table with bold headings. When I was entering data in the
columns, the bold was automatically enabled and I had to disable it. It
continues every row. How can I stop that. Then I created a new document
with multiple tables - used NO bold anywhere and on the 10th table I began

2003. Using Word 2003 you could change the properties of a text field so

workbook. In some cells the text is coloured. The tables look fine on the

select the first table and do a 'paint format' sort of procedure so that I
can click in the second table and have it automatically adjust the column

Captions Not Numbered Correctly

I am trying to insert captions for various tables in my document. But
captions only seem to support 1 heading level. If I have just inserted a
caption for a table under Level 3 Heading, then I can't insert a caption for
a table under the Level 2 Heading (everyting is Level 3). And vice versa.

The template uses a two column table. I can format the cells in the 2nd
column indepenantly, but any formatting I do in the first column applies to
