I know I've seen it somewhere, but I can't find (in Word 2007 on Vista), how
to turn off the control that makes th, st and rd in subscript when typing
dates. I want them to appear and print as normal text. Can someone point
me in the right direction please.

Wed, 28 Nov 2007 05:36:01 -0800
I'm using W2003 with XP. When I spellcheck, I often get messages prompting
for proofing tools for another language (Swedish, Arabic, etc.). How can
prevent these messages from appearing?
I tried searching for an answer to this & already did the following:
1) Verified that all language settings in XP & Word ...

Apostrophe spacing problem
Wed, 21 Nov 2007 16:35:03 -0800
I recently upgraded to Office 2007, and I'm having a new problem with Word.
When I type an apostrophe after a word, such as "Carole's," what I get is
"Carole' s" with an extra large space between the apostrophe and the
following letter. I stumbled around and finally was able to correct it, but
the correct ...

Thu, 15 Nov 2007 10:12:23 GMT
I need to get the location of the custom.dic file on the user's machine.
Unfortunately, I'll be doing this from Access, and I'd prefer to not use
Automation, as that would create a delay while Word is opened. So......
1) Is there a way to determine the location of the custom.dic file without
opening Word?

Mon, 12 Nov 2007 15:12:48 -0500
When one of my users sends a document to another user as an attachment it
appears to enable the Hide errors options. Further even if you force the
spell checker to run it doesn't find mis-spelled words. I checked the
sending user and spell checker is working fine. I had the user send to
multiple other use ...

Tue, 6 Nov 2007 06:25:02 -0800
I have just started using Word 2007 (was using office 2003) and my spellcheck
is only catching the grammatical mistakes but not the spelling errors.
I.E. only green curlys and no red ones.
I have already ensured that:

"Detact language automatically"
