I am running office2k on windowsXP.
My Q is why the dictionary is working only
When the user that logon has administrator
rights?
And when I logon as regular user the dictionary
Disappear from the menu?

Keeping Global Template Checked

Is there a way to add a template as a global template under Templates and
Add-Ins and have it remain checked between sessions of Word? I'm using Word
2000.

Drop-Down Form Field Options crashes word

I have replicated the issue in Word 2000 SR-1, SP2 and SP3. I do not have
Word 2002 or 2003 available to try with the document.
Basically what happens is whenever you try and scroll past (with keyboard)
or use the section of the .doc with the "Drop-Down Form Field" word will
crash with the following erro ...

Normal.dot Can't Be Changed or Created

I can't make changes to my existing normal.dot and I can't create a new
normal.dot. If I make changes for example to my font or page margins and
tell Word to set the changes as my default when I close Word it doesn't even
attempt to change my normal.dot as you can usually see it doing very quickly
