Delayed New-dialog in Word2003

This customer has it's OfficeSyste 2003 installed on a Citrix-server. When
every client opens the New-dialog it takes up to 1 minute to be able to
browse the different templates (it's about 70 in different folders). Is this
normal or is there a workaround for this kind of problem!?

Default font group policy

Hi,
We installed 3 terminal server 2003 with office 2003. Now I want to deploy
the default font verdana, 10 for everyone in the whole organisation. I can't
find this option in group policy adm file word11.adm. In excel I can set this
option but not in Word. Does anybody know a solution for this??

I use Office 2000 and i have a few hundred Word documents that take 5 min to
open.
The problem is that tools - templates and add-ins. - document template is
pointing to an old server.
Is there any way to change that without open every document, its maybe
600-800.

Want to use Document Map however it has me completely fooled. Must
be a simple way to understand and organise it to show the headings of the
document. Have read all the help info but still can't get it to show the
headings. I must be missing something. Tried to attatch heading styles.
