Text to image challenge

A government office wants to receive in a GIF file the text we have in a line
of a Word document. I know we can do a print screen but the challenge is the
image should be submitted in a 732 width by 39 height dimension.
Do you know a method to accomplish this in the fastest way?

Hi, I'm using Word 2003 and I have a regular text document using the built-in
Times New Roman font. I use light grey color font(same font) on partial of
the text. When I do the print preview, I can see everything comes out

Am readying a manuscript for publishing using MS Word 2003 and large sections
require use of Trebuchet MS font. However on almost every page there's an
