Numbering Appendices versus Annexes

I am able to number my appendices to include the chapter name and page number
by selecting the Heading 7 style. I need to include the chapter name for the
annexes. I have attempted to select Heading 8 style by following the
recommendation of Shauna Kelly. I am unable to get this to work. ...
