Hi. I can not get word 2007 to spell check my mail merge without going
through tons of loop holes! I would think that they would have fixed this
problem with the 2007 version...any suggestions? ...

I'm trying to create a booklet of membership info for a club. I want to
format it for printing. I have 8 member entries per page, but cannot figure
out how to get 4 on one side and 4 on the other 1/2 ... nor get the page
numbering correct. (I have done the mail merge ... and am using Word 2003.)

Mail merge from Outlook opens 2 Word Documents

For the past few months, whenever I initiate a mail merge from Outlook
- whether to letter or email - 2 instances of Microsoft Word open.
This is not happening with our clients, or on any other computer we
work with - only 2 in our ofiice, One is running Office 2003 - the

able to merge the data from excel, and filter where I need to. What I want to
do, is when I print the merged data, a date is added to the specific records
that were printed. This way, I know who I have sent letters to, and when. Any

each record. i can only get word to a produce a single file with all the
merged records, using the 'Edit Invidual documents' menu.

Hi All
I have a mail merge document created in Word (XP) which has a DDE connection
to an Excel spreadsheet generated through code by a Foxpro program.
We have now updated to Office 2007and every time I do a mail merge and open
the files through VFP I get an ' external table not in the expected format'.

I have the e-mail merge working from Word2003 and Outlook2007, but some
recipients are not getting the emails. I can see the email has been sent
(they are in the sent box) and if I â??reply to allâ? and send the email
directly from Outlook, the recipients will receive the email.

GETTING BLANK WORD DOCUMENT AFTER COMPLETING MERGE

I have successfully been able to merge from CONTACTS in Outlook to an
existing document within WORD. Everytime I complete the merge I get 2
documents:
1. the existing document I am working with and 2. a "blank new" Word
document.
