I'm using 2007 Student version of Microsoft Office Word...the mail merge for
labels is not populating past the first row across of labels...they have
spread themselves across 6 pages on random rows. Help? ...

SQL statement in mail merge document

When I bring up a mail merge doc (mm), I can view the SQL statement. Then I
dismiss the dialog box and continue.
But, later, how can I re-view the sql statement? (Currently, I open the
docuiment in "Recover Text" mode - that's an ugly way to do it.)

I am using Excell 2003 and Word 2003. Each row of my Excel inventory
includes a field called "SellerID" which we use as the invoice number. It is
created from the first three characters of the seller's last name, then a
hypen, then the last four digits of the seller's phone number. Example: for

We have an existing Excel spreadsheet with multiple spreadsheets, the data is
also used as mail merge data with Word. This worked perfectly in Office
2002, as we could choose which worksheet to use. Updated recently to Office

mail merge document printing very slowly...

hi all,
i am printing a mail merge document directly to the printer. it is running
very slowly. there are a lot of pictures etc. in the document which i think
is slowing it down. at the moment we are outputing only 200 records at a time
as the word document crashes any time we try to output any more than 20 ...

We are creating a marketing email that is supposed to have hyperlinks tagged
