Is there a way to merge multiple data for one field?

I'm trying to merge multiple transactions into field for each employee. I
want to page-break and then merge the records for the next employee. Can
this be done in Word 2003? ...

Mail Merge printing more 4 sets of labels not just 1

HELP..I can get to the mail merge and merge my excel address list however;
when I print it is printing 4 sets of the labels...it is only a 21 page doc
and it always defaults to printing 84 pages!!!! ...

Mailing Address merge field has space between street and city

I am using Word and OL 2007.
When I use "mailing address" as a merge field, it pulls the correct info
into my letter, but has what looks to be about a 6 pt blank space between
street address and then c/s/z.
When I highight the offending section and look under page layout, the

Duplex mailmerge printing

My colleague has setup a mailmerge which is a 3 page document. The
first two pages print duplex, and the third page prints on a page by
itself.

How do I overcome character limits in a mail merge from excel?

I am merging from excel to word and trying to bring in a cell that is very
large (company description) and the merge is cutting off the description
after a certain number of characters... any ideas how to stop that from

On the excell database the date format in the relevant columns is the
correct one dd/mm/yyyy, but when I merge the database with my word document
