Wronge Format for label mailmerge

I have a list of addresses in Excel 07. To create a booklet of these
addresses, I created a mailmerge page 11" wide X 8 1/2" high, 4 columns and 8
rows. The first 2 columns will appear on page 1, and the two right columns

Email merge crashing at errors

I'm using office/outlook 2007 and sending an email to a large list. Word
freezes and i have to restart every so often and i've narrowed it down to
when it gets an error. I have it set to "complete the merge without pausing,
report errors in a new document" but it appears that it cannot open a new

that should have had a date entered into our database. If someone

Merge to email reverses the order of email address with addressed

I'm using Microsoft Word & Excel 2003. When merging to email from an excel
list the letters sent reverse the order so that individuals are sent but with
someone elses name & and address on the top.

Filtering receipients automatically changing

I set up a criteria for filtering receipients (word 2007) that says Balance
great than 0 and email is not blank. When I click OK I see correctly
selected records. if I click filter again - word automatically adds another

I can do this the hard way (multiple merges and then copy and paste into one
doc) but I'd love to be able to do IF statements that filter by Job Title and
merge all jobs of the same ilk in each section. I'm dealing with RN's, PCT's
