I am trying to write letters to some judges. In the address field they are
addressed as "Honorable John Doe" while in the greeting field they should be
referred to as "Judge Doe". For some reason if I change the greeting to
Judge it changes the address to judge. If the address is Honorable the
greeting is ...

Convert ASK field to Text

Hi Folks - I'd like to compile a list of ASK fields. I search the doc
manually for all occurrences, then I copy and paste the results to an Excel
file. Unfortunately, Excel will not display the ask fields. Is there a way
to convert ASK fields to regular text? Thanks.

per document. So, we are looking for a report that would list the file name

Excel file. I want the first page of the letter to print on letterhead and
subsequent pages to print on second sheet stock.
Once I merge the documents, I don't know how to make this happen. I can ask

WORD 2007 mail merge - only one record

When I setup my label mail merge doc (Avery 5160), the table is established
and the cells are blank. I insert database field Company, Name, Address,
etc. in cell #1. I preview and only one record show per page.
I copy <<Next Record>> from the drop down into all other cells. Same
results. 250 pages with one ...
