I am creating a form in Microsoft word, which contains a drop down about
mid-way through the sheet. There are 4 selections, and each selection
requires different information to be shown/hidden below.

Change font color for all new text in a document

Is it possible to change the font color for all new text I'm about to
enter in a document. I need to edit a long document and want my
comments to be in red. Can this be done without Track Changes? If not
how can I do this with Track Changes?

This is really annoying me. I'm formating my thesis and when I try to
put a block of text on the next page by pressing enter when it gets to
the bottom of the page it goes about halfway down the next page and I
have to mess around with the position of the curser to get it properly

File Recovery

Hello all
Recently my system got infected with the win32.chir.b@mm virus which
has corrupted all my Office 2003 files, although the Office 2007 files
are opening.
The word and excel files are not opening and basically showing junk.
Is there any way to recover these files.
