How can I invert a microfiche image?

I was e-mailed a microfiche image (white text on black background) but I want
to print it as a positive image (black text on white background). In
Photoshop, there's a simple way to invert the image from a negative to a
positive (and vice-versa) but I can't find any such thing in Word and I don't

I am trying to creat invitations with a picture watermark, they are 4x6
postcard invitations that are 4 to a page. Every time I highlight the four
areas to add a watermark, it continues to add them on four different pages.
