Grouping objects and pictures together????? with word 2007

Is ther a way that i can group a picture to my shapes and text boxes in word
2007. In previouse versions it was very easy but with 2007 i can not figure
it out. I have magaged to group text boxes with shapes but i can not get my
picture selected to include it in the grouping

Word graphics

My print shop guy creates graphic maps in Word. When he clicks on an object
(grouped or not), the view jumps to another area of the document. He then has
to scroll over to find the selected graphic. Sometimes it goes to the middle
and sometimes to the top, but it never stays where the selected graphic
reside ...

I have a problem just turned up on my daughters laptop.
When she finds an image on google that she wants to insert she would
normally copy and paste but for the last few weeks this has not worked.

Hierarchy chart lines aren't straight

When I created an 'Org chart' using the Hierarchy SmartArt everything was
fine until I start moving the boxes. I only wanted to wided or make them
narrower than their original shape.

I insert pictures into text boxes to allow easy captioning.
1) However in Word 2007 I can no longer wrap test in the box around the
picture. (All those options are grayed out.) So I have to insert blank lines
