Picture Styles - Picture Negative ?

I am wondering if it is possible to add picture styles to the current
pre-defined styles in Word?
I would really like to see one that makes a picture look like a negative -
(not editing the picture colors) something that puts the sprocket holes on
the top and bottom and the little frame numbers...
