Word 2007 sp2 - Default "In line with text" not working

I have set Word Options -> Advanced -> Cut, copy, and paste -> Isert/paste
picture as: In line with text.
However, everytime I paste in a graphic, the active text wrapping is "In
Front of Text", forcing me to manually select "In line with text".
What do I need to do so that the default setting works?

Same text and image color dont match when printed

Hi,
I need to combine text shading color and raster image background to
produce same color on printed documents (RGB values ARE the same).
How to do this?
I retrieved RGB color values from image and applied the same to the text
shading (background), but those colors are printed as different colors.

Shapes disappear when moved in Word

Unwanted white space after rotating a picture (Word 2007)

When I rotate a image (.bmp for example) that is wider than it is long
(landscape) to portrait (a rotation of 90 degrees), Word 2007 puts white
space to the right and left of my image. I am not able to resize the image

Clip art doesn't display a picture only dglxasset
