legal referancing in word 2007

I am undertaking a legal course at university that uses the Australian guide
to legal citation as such i would like to know how i can use this style in
word 2007, i have noticed that word 2007 has citation use for the APA
standard but not for legal styles ...

Track changes in Compatibility Mode

I am using Word 2007 and need to send a document to someone using an earlier
version of Word. Compatibility Mode doesn't allow me to turn on Track
Changes.
The person to whom I'm sending it isn't particulary computer-savvy so I'd
rather not have to send the document with instructions on how to turn Track

Text reflow vs. Page layout based

I was doing some reading on MS Word and the article indicated that it was
text reflow software, not page layout based. Can someone provide some
