Table Of Contents in word 2007

Hi All,
Using Vista Ultimate 64 bits.
I am having a problem when trying to build Table Of Contents in Word. Some
of items are not been picked up even though they were marked as Heading 2 Or
Heading 3. If erase the whole string and re-type it, in some cases it fixed
itself.
Any idea how to resolve this pr ...

Are there any section breaks in your document? That's the only way
page numbering should get changed. Also it's the only way you could go
from having a footer to not having a footer.
If you need the section break(s), then go through all your headers &
footers being sure "Same as Previous" is always turned on; ...

Template with data links to an Excel workbook opens VERY slow

I have a report template that has many links to data stored in an excel
workbook. When I start a new report using this template, it takes approx. 10
minutes to open. It used to take longer because of many IF statements in the
fields and I used the SET and REF fields to speed it up a bit but it still

Word 2007 Ctrl+P shortcut problem

After migrating from 2003 to 2007, the Ctrl+P shortcut sometimes gives me the
dialogue box to choose a printer and sometimes just goes to Quick Print and
prints to the default. I did a Ctrl+Alt+NumPlus then Ctrl+P to see what the
Ctrl+P shortcut was assigned to in that document and it showed
