what invokes Word 2007 document recovery?

My coworker has complained that he gets files showing up in the Document
Recovery pane in Word 2007 with frequency. So much so that he has been
ignoring them. He said he feels he properly exits Word and isn't experiencing
"Word needs to close" type messages.
He did comment that he often will use the hiberna ...

Mail merge - desktop e-mail letters to individuals

Once I have completed mail merge, I would like to take each letter & use the
file , "send to" option to send each letter individually to each company, vs
having to print all the letters & manually faxing them to each company.

I have a document that has a header page that is blank followed by 3 pages
of data that contain text boxes. The 3 pages are repeated each time for a
different person. My software populates data into these text boxes.
When this document is produced and I open it, it looks fine (it is saved as

it removes the 'rence' portion, what's going on?

Hello, i have set sans serif as my typefont in the normal template.
However, in this font type, Word won't automatically bring a word which
doesn't fit on the line down. It simply leaves half the word on one line and
continues writing the rest of the word on the next line - no hyphen or
anything.

Chapters Will Not Show Up in Page Numbering

I am working on a document with Headings and page breaks. I am trying to
insert a page number in the footer, and I am including the Chapter number.
However, when I go to insert the page (which should say 1-1) all it says is
1, and the Chapter number does not show up. What am I doing wrong? ...
