Unable to change Assistant in Word 2003

HI - I'm running MS Word 2003 on a Vista Home Premium machine, which came
pre-installed with a copy of Office 2007.
When attempting to change the assistant, I receive the error "There is not
enough memory available to complete this operation."
My system usually has about 40% of its 2 GB RAM free.

Why do I get extra Level 1 entries in my TOC? (Word 2007)

In several large docs 'things happen' to the document between saving and
reopening. When reopening a doc, a lot of entries appear in my TOC as 'Level
1' - for instance all my 'Figure texts' and often text that appear adter

I have two different versions of Office 2007 that are installed on different
laptops. In the last week or so, I have noticed (as has one of my
co-workers!) alot of problems with getting the Cut/Paste or Copy/Paste to
work. The text will be cut from the documents but nothing pastes in and I

Error when trying to backup AutoCorrect in Word 2003

I have followed the directions for backing up AutoCorrect but when I click
the AutoCorrect Backup button and then Backup, I get a run-time error '6'

I am having similar trouble. I have a service that opens and prints word documents. It works fine as a service on windows server 2003, but the _oWordDoc object comes back as null on windows server 2008. I was just wondering if you had resolved your issue and if you might be able to offer any insight.

Undo only by single character in Word 2007?

In Word 2007 under Windows 7, I am noticing for the first time a strange
behavior. I know in Word 2002 and OSs up through Vista, undo worked on whole
words. Now I find in certain files, that undo works only character by
character, not whole words. The drop down list for undo shows, for example
typing "e."
