When I generate a table of contents in Word 2007, the page numbers are all
displayed correctly. However, when I print or go to print preview, the page

Word 2007 gone into low graphics mode

I've recently completed a fresh vista installation.
After installing Office 2007, Word runs in some sort of strange low graphics
mode and threw 'out of memory errors' a couple of times.
All other Office programs work correctly.

I found a potential error in Word 2003 and here is the way to reproduce it.

Word 97 frozen with morning's work

I know I have seen this in several forums but with no satisfactory answer. I

This still doesn't answer the question of how to get the DOUBLE opening smart
